Only innovation can make us grasp the opportunities in a volatile environment and create new merits. Only by keeping pace with the times can we further liberate our thought and deepen the reform with a view to making the enterprise ever-young and full of vim and vigor to mount new peaks ceaselessly.

Since China’s entry into the WTO, the Chinese pharmaceutical industry has been pushed onto center stage in the global development. As the world pursues the naturalness of TCM, it is high time for TCM to relieve its splendor. In addition to the expansion of the domestic market and the research and development of new drugs, we must take a broad view of the world to understand the influence of TCM on the other countries and review the way out for the modernization and internationalization of TCM.
